• How does the Partner program differ from the old Friends program?
    The Partner program offers up to 3x more reach and exposure compared to the old Friends program. While the old Friend program was created for web users, the Partner program focuses on mobile optimization, which now accounts for more than 70% of HappyCow traffic overall. 
    It’s significantly more powerful than anything we’ve offered before. 
    This new customer reach on the Partner program is achieved through special benefits such as an exclusive premium map pin, top placement on search results, geo-targeted homepage feature, highlight on mobile search lists, and more.

  • How much does the Partner program cost?
    The Partner program is priced at $49 per month for Lite, $149 per month for Essentials and $299 per month for Premium. As a current Friends program customer, you will receive 50% off the first month, and 30% off the following 12 months.

  • How can I track my ROI?
    There are 2 ways:
    1. Track your listing view gain after 1 month on the program, and estimate the view-to customer-conversion at 10%. For example, if you currently receive 200 views per month, and now receive 500 on the program, we expect you to gain 30 extra customers per month (10% of 300 gain in views). 
    2. In your Owner’s Dashboard, navigate to “Post and Announcement” to share a coupon code or other prompt for customers to redeem when they visit your listing from HappyCow. 

  • Are there different plans available?
    There are 3 tier plans available in the Partner program: Lite, Essentials and Premium. Learn about each set of features here.

  • Which plan is best for my business?
    Lite is for small businesses wanting to stand out and gain full control of their listing. Essentials is for established businesses looking to gain more high-quality, returning customers.   • What is the cost per customer on this program?
    This depends on the plan you enroll in and your traffic volume overall.
    For example: If you pay $299 per month for Premium, and bring in 30 extra customers per month, that’s $10 per customer. If each customer spends $20, you’ve made 100% revenue.

  • What is the cost per day for this program?
    Premium = $10 per day
    Essentials = $5 per day
    Lite = $2 per day

  • Can I get social media promotion with the Partner Program?
    Instagram, Facebook and Twitter promotion are now offered as separate add-ons to the program. As an existing Friend, we’ll honor your Instagram and Facebook posts purchased with your original plan, but additional future posts will be available separately. If you’d like to discuss social media promotion, please email us.

  • How do I upgrade to the Partner program?
    You can upgrade easily from inside your HappyCow Owner’s Dashboard. 

  • Can I demo the program before I pay for it?

  • Are there yearly payments for the Partner program?
    We are currently only offering monthly payments for the Partner program, which means you’ll be billed monthly rather than in a yearly lump-sum.

  • If I have a yearly Friends program plan, what happens to my credit when I upgrade?
    All existing credit from your current plan will be automatically applied to your new Partner program subscription, and withdrawn from that credit monthly for the new plan.
